YOU WILL NEED…
- 40g SALTED BUTTER
- 250g DATES, FINELY CHOPPED
- 1 EXTRA-LARGE EGG WHISKED
- 20 MARIE BISCUITS
- 2 SLABS OF MILK CHOCOLATE
- 2 SLABS OF DARK CHOCOLATE
- A TRUFFLE DIPPER TOOL SET/ TWO FORKS
NOW FOR THE WORK…
- Melt the butter over low heat.
- Add the dates, stir and heat until soft.
- Remove from the heat and add the sugar.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add a little of the hot mixture to the whisked egg and stir.
